Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sndigø Records. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for all orders placed through Sndigø.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within [1–3] business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a major vinyl release), shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All domestic orders are fulfilled using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via all standard USPS methods.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number once your order has been packaged.
- The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Sndigø is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns
- Media Mail Disclaimer: Please note that standard USPS Media Mail does not include default package insurance. If you want your physical media protected against carrier damage, we highly recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
- If you received your order damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take a clear photo of the damaged items and email us immediately so we can help you file a claim or organize a replacement.
